2009...

This year has been good, but the last months have been so strange. I think it has been strange because I had a lot of vacation, so I spent my time dancing and having fun, but I didn’t remember that I had to study. Anyway, these last days I’ve had to study so much, everything I didn’t study in these month, so I am really tired. But I know that all the time and the energy that I’ve spent in these days will bring positive consequences for me. I am sure I will be happy when this nightmare finish.

When I started this year, I was so happy because it was the second one in University, so I had a lot of experience to face this new year. I had a lot of subjects that I had never seen, as psychopathology and neurophysiology, so I was so happy, because there were a lot of things to learn. I enjoyed my study so much. Really, I learned everything I wanted, so I felt that everything I wanted was be a great psychologist. When the semester finished, I was so tired, but I was happy with my achievements and the effort I made to achieve them.

After my vacation, I started my classes with a little of energy. I felt that I hadn’t enjoyed my free time; I felt that it had been so short, so my body was tired yet. That’s the reason why I couldn’t wake up every morning, so I missed a lot of classes. When I was feeling better, and I recovered my energies, September holidays arrived, so I lost everything I had achieved. I spend my time sleeping and having fun for two weeks, until I returned to class. Since that day, everything was terrible! I didn’t want to read anything; I didn’t want to see a notebook or a paper and anything. When I went to class, I couldn’t concentrate, so when I had to take a test, I suffered so much, although my marks were good. In conclusion, it was horrible!

Now, I feel I spent my time waiting for a semester that never arrived for me. I am sorry about it, but I think I have to start this new year with all the energy I didn´t use the last semester. Anyway, I feel that I learned some important things that I need to know if I want to be a good psychologist, although I don’t remember others. I know I will have a great 2010!

Psychology's challenges

Hello!

Today, I’ll talk about the challenges of my discipline, psychology.

The use of technology is frecuently in neuroscience area. Psychologists use special technology for researh about brain answer after a stimule, for example. The instruments we use are electroencephalogram, MRI, etc. These instruments measure the electrical impulsos that are generated by a stimuli. We can identify the stimuli that produce a high respons, so we can know what stimuli are more significant for every person.

In social matters, I think psychology has much to say. We can intervene in a lot of areas, as collective memory. In this subject, psychologist have to take the meanings that have been associated to a particular fact. In our case, the meaning that have been associated to military dictatorship. I think this is very important, because we can contribute to heal the wounds that this period left in the Chilean memory, as much as we research the real meaning that these events have for them, and the pain it leads. In this way, we can stop the resentment that lives in many people or at least, we can decrease it. Obviously there’s a lot of topics we can study. Actually, I think sexuality in teenagersis a great subject, because they start their sexual life very young and sometimes, they don’t consider the consequences. We can see worrying figures about pregnancy in teenagers, for example.

Education is one of my favorite areas. When I start to study this career, I didn’t imagine how important is the discipline for mental development. Now, I can see that we can help children who has a mental retardation, because the enviroment is extremely important for children’s achievements in their development. We have to stimulate them, so they will increase their skills and competencies, although the children show a delay in their brain. We have a great responsability with the children who are discriminated because they aren’t at the same level as their classmates.

Another subject that I think is very important is stigmatization that mental sick people suffer from. We have to contribute to remove this stigmatization, and we have to help them to reintegrate to society normally. Schizophrenics are who suffer this discrimination the most, so we have to help them to go out from psychiatric hospitals to the streets.

In my free time I...

Hi!

The activities I enjoy the most when I have some free time are watching movies, going out, especially with my best friend and listening to music.

The first activity, watching movies, is one of my favorites. I like to go to the cinema. When I have free time, and my best friend too, I go with her, but that is not frequent.

Also, I like to watch movies in my house, with my family or alone.

In general, I watch all kind of movies. It depends of my mood. If I wanna laugh, I watch a stupid American comedy. Generally, Jennifer Aniston or Drew Barrymore features these movies.

If I want to see a movie with a light topic, I like to see movies as Amélie or La Mala Education. I like Almodovar films. I think La Mala Educación is a great film. I was very impressed when I see it, because protagonist’s life is so hard. Carne Trémula or Todo Sobre Mi Madre are great too. Other good films are Eternal Sunshine of a spotless Mind or En la cama.

When I have free time, I like to go out with my best friend. Daniela is my best friend since 2002, so we know each other very well. I like to go to the same places. We like to go to a park or to the zoo. Also, we go shopping when we coincide with our free time. At night, we like going to some pubs and have some drinks and go to dance to a disco.

We love each other, so we enjoy all the time we spend together, although we were laying on her bed or mine, talking about a stupid thing.

The last activity I love is listening to music. I think this is my favorite activity. I adore music. Really, it’s very important for me. I think I can’t live without it. When I listen to music, I like to be alone, because I connect absolutely with the songs I listen. My favorite band is The Cranberries, so I listen to their songs every day, a lot of times in the day. I like the lyrics, because these are so deep and beautiful. Also, I like them because the music is so powerful. Drums are my favorite music instrument, and they use them in every song.

My faculty

Hi!
Today, I’ll talk to you about my dear faculty.

This is a very welcoming faculty, but obviously, has some infrastructure problems.
For example, there aren’t special laboratories for every investigation line. There’s just a behavioral psychology laboratory, but it is so precarious. We can’t experiment there because it’s a little place, so there’s just a group of people who can work there.

There isn’t a neuroscience laboratory. It’s terrible, because our university doesn’t produce new knowledge in this subject, so we are so in disadvantage, in comparison to other universities, domestic and foreign.

Also, it’s necessary to have more tests, because in the future, we’ll use it so much, and now, there’s a few. When we need to use them, we have to ask them for a little time, so we don’t have enough time to utilize them.

Also, we have some problems with the classrooms, because they are so small. The rooms are narrow when all my classmates come to class.

I think this is the first step to dealing with this situation. We need bigger classrooms than our current facilities. If this situation improves, we’ll never have problems to work in groups, as we have now, for example.

The second step is to build new laboratories. They must be big buildings, so everybody will have the chance to work there, when the person wants, and not when there’s a free place.

Obviously, to achieve these objectives, the faculty will need a lot of money. I think the solution is the Government gives the most part of the money, and the rest must come from fees.

The air that I breathe...

Hello!

Today, I’ll talk about music. This is one of my favorite topics, because I love it. I think music is very important for human beings, because when we listen to a song, we can fly to another place, and stay there for a little time.

I like almost all types of music, especially some kind of rock. My favorite musical instrument is drums, because I think they give the strength and power, and for me, that’s the most important thing in a song.

My favorite singer is Dolores O’Riordan. She is ex-The Cranberries lead singer. I like her because she has the most beautiful voice I’ve ever heard. Her voice is soft and strong at the same time. Also, I like her because the lyrics are wonderful. They tell about love, happiness, sadness, war, etc. She’s really great.

My favorite band is called Lucybell. It’s a Chilean rock band. I like it because the lead singer, Claudio Valenzuela, has a sensual voice. Also, the band's lyrics are great.

I listen to music all day long. I listen to music when I’m on the bus, to go to University. I listen to music in my house too, because it relaxes me so much. I think it’s great for health. Music calms my mind down. I forget all my problems, but sometimes, I listen to music to reflect about them and choose a good decision. Also, music gives me happiness and peace.

Really, I think I can't live without music. For me, music is like the air that I breathe!

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Hello!

Today, I’ll talk to you about different treatments for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

The article I chose is called “Obsessive-compulsive disorder. What treatments work for obsessive-compulsive disorder?”, and it tells about treatments for OCD, specially talking therapy and some drugs, as antidepressants and antipsychotics.
It starts with talking therapy. This is called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and it’s a mixture between two important psychological theories: Behaviourism and Cognitivism.

The first one refers to the different ways psychologists can help people to live with their condition. The second one refers to how people think about the world, and how these thoughts are related to reality.

So, this mixture will produce a therapy that pretends the person confronts the things that makes his/her anxious. This part of the therapy is called “exposure”. After this, the therapist asks to the patient to perform a behaviour that makes his/her anxious, for example, touch a dirty thing. The psychology helps to the person to cope without the compulsive behaviour, as wash his/her hands. This part of the therapy is called “response prevention”. The therapist gives homework to the patient that he/she have to do between every session.
For children, this therapy is the first treatment they have to follow.

Everything I say is supported by a lot of investigations.

Then, the authors refer about some kinds of drugs which can help to controle this disorder. The most important are antidepressants, specially “Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)”. This is a drug that increases serotonin, a chemical messenger that improves the signals between neurons. A little amount of this chemical could be one of OCD causes. These are the most successful and used drugs, although these cause some side effects.

When antidepressants don’t work, people take antipsychotic drugs. These help to have fewer symptoms of OCD too. These drugs have side effects too, but they are more dangerous.

Electroconvulsive therapy isn’t so used, so I won’t refer to it.

In my opinion, talking therapy must be the first option. When is doesn’t work, drugs are a good option, but both therapies must be together.

Bye!

My favorite dish

Today, I’ll talk to you about my favorite dish.

My favorite food is costillar and pure. I like it because it’s a typical chilean dish. I’ve eaten this dish a lot of times, but I remember a special occasion. A long time ago, I went to a beautiful place, Pomaire, with all my family. It was a great moment, because we aren’t a united family, so these instants are very valuable for us. In this occasion, we had lunch in a nice restaurant, so typical. I remember the dish was enormous, I think it was the biggest dish I have ever seen. It was delicious. I couldn’t eat full, although I really wanted to eat it, buy my stomach didn’t allow it.

My favorite flavour is the mixture that pure and costillar make. Pure tastes so softly, so it can accompany any dish, and costillar is so juicy, so they make the perfect mix.

I think this dish can be eaten with a little chili. Really, I don’t know what kind of wine is the most appropriate. I don’t understand so much about it.

I have never cooked this dish. I’ve cooked pure, but costillar, never. I think it`s a great dish for a family lunch, or a lunch with friends. I don’t recommend it for dinner, because it can cause discomfort.

I really love this dish, because it’s delicious, and because it remind me a lot of beautiful moments that I lived in my life, with people that I love.

My city

Today, I’ll talk to you about Santiago, and the places that can be visited.
I think Santiago is a beautiful city, so there’s a lot of places that a foreigner tourist can visit.

First, La Moneda Palace. This place is related to very important moments in our history, as Coup d’état. Also, it’s a beautiful building. It has long gardens. If you’re lucky, you can see Mrs. President, Michelle Bachelet.

There’s a second place a tourist can go. Central Market is a very typical place, where people can eat fish and shellfish. Also, there’s a big market where people can buy fruits and vegetables, for example.

Third, ‘La Piojera’. La piojera is a typical restaurant. In this place people enjoy the most typical food, as pernil or arrollado huaso. Obviously, you can’t go out without drinking ‘Terremoto’. It’s great!

Fourth, San Cristobal hill. It has a lot of places to visit. You can go to Metropolitan Park, where you can visit Virgin Mary sculpture. Also, you can go to the zoo, where you’ll find all kind of animals. It’s one of my favorites places.

Fifth, Bellas Artes museum. I think it’s one of the most beautiful museums of Santiago. You’ll find very important paints and sculptures, which were painted by chilean and foreigner artists.

There’s a lot of neighbourhoods to visit, as Bellavista or Republica. In there, you’ll have fun!

'A un metro de ti'

The last film I saw is called ‘A un metro de ti’. Its plot was about a man and a woman who met each other when they were children, and some years later, they met again by chance, but they didn’t remember that meeting. Immediately, they felt a special bond, so they started a friendship that they confused constantly. Sebastián was a chef who lived in Spain for a long time. He decided to come back to his country and he opened a restaurant. She had a girlfriend who was chef too, but she aspired to something better than that, so their relationship wasn’t easy for them. The woman was called Paula. She was a secretary who was fired recently, so she felt her life was terrible. Also, he lived with her boyfriend, but he didn’t work, so she had to keep up with all of her home expenses. They both felt that their lives were incomplete, so these circumstances caused they felt an attraction to each other that they tried to control as long as they could.

I liked it so much. First, because it’s so beautiful. The story is simple; it might be the story of a normal person, as me or anybody. Second, I liked it because it was filmed in a lot of places that are very important for me so I remembered a lot of moments when I saw it.

I went to see it at SANFIC Movie Festival with my best friend, so the company was incredible. It was a great day. I recommend this film absolutely. It’s a nice story, so simple, and the actors are fantastic. Really, it’s one of my favourite films.

Transantiago: Before and After

Today, I’m gonna talk about Transantiago System.

Transantiago started on February 10th, 2007. Before that day, we could see yellow buses on Santiago streets. Since that day, everything changed. We could see long lines of people who wanted to go home, but they couldn’t. They had to wait for hours to get on the buses. Everybody was angry, because they felt absolutely humiliated. The system changed the way to travel in the city, because in the past, people could get on one bus and arrived to their destiny, but now, it is not possible. People have to get on a bus, and then, they have to get off and get on another bus. It has been my experience. Really, I didn’t use that means of transport, because usually, I used the subway, but I could feel the change, because suddenly the subway turned into the most important means of transport, so everybody use it. I have to wait a long time to get on the train and we were all squashed together in the tube and it is so uncomfortable.

The old system wasn’t a great system, but it was easier. We didn’t have to change from a bus to another, so we took a shorter time to arrive to our destiny. But everything isn’t so bad. I think the bip! card is a good way to pay the ticket. Now, drivers can concentrate on driving. Also, now drivers earn a basic salary independently of how many people get on the bus. I think that is great.

I think Transantiago has changed for better. Now, there are more buses than in the past, and buses frequency has improved. Obviously, it is not enough, and I hope problems can be resolved soon, for example, buses frequency has to improve everyday, because people are all squashed together yet.

A country I'd like to go

Today, I’ll write about a country I’d like to go.

I’d like to go to France, because it’s a beautiful and interesting country. I don’t know so much about France. I just know about some places that I’d like to visit, as Eiffel tower or Louvre museum. In psychology, we can found Lacan’s school. He was an important follower of Psychoanalyst Theory who developed Freud’s foundations. I’m not psychoanalyst, but this theory is very important, so I think every psychologist have to know something about it.

In there, I’d like to travel all over France; Paris, Marsella, Orléans, etc. I’d like to visit a lot of incredible places, as Eiffel tower. This is a so romantic place, so I’d like to go with a boyfriend or something like that. Also, I’d like to visit triumphal arch and Louvre museum, but the thing I'd like to do the most is sail through the Sena.

Obviously, I’d like to study there, in Sorbona University, for example, because I could increase my knowledge, and I could get important work opportunities. Also, I’d like to work in France, but for a little time. Really, I’d like to work here, in Chile, because I think I have to contribute to my country’s development.

Bye!

Good and bad points

Last term, I learned a lot of things. For example, I discovered psychopathology’s world. I studied some mental disorders and how to diagnose. For the first time, I could see some patients, so I learned about how to interview.

Also, I studied the most important foundations of development and social psychology, and a little approach about neurohistology, but I didn’t like it very much. I think it was a bad point.

In my free time, I enjoyed a lot of great movies that I’d wanted to see since some years ago. “All about my mother” and “Bad Education” are my favourites. The plots are so difficult and many of them are taboo themes, for example, homosexuality or pedophilia.

Also, I read some novels, such as “El Túnel” or “A Orillas del Río Piedra me senté y lloré”. I used to forget psychology, at least for a little time.

I tried to spend my free time with my friends, because the first year in University I couldn’t see them so much, because I was always so busy. We went out as much as I could, and we tried to remember the old days. I really enjoyed their company.

I had to face some family problems that in the past were a little painful, but now, I think they were so useful for my life.

I think that’s all. Good bye!

My blogging experience

Today I'm gonna talk about my blogging experience.

I think it has been a great experience. I really enjoy it, because I wrote about my life, but the most important is I wrote about my career, so I had to learn new words. In the future, these words will help me to express my ideas, when I need to write a paper about an investigation or something like that. Also, I learnt about grammar.
At first, I was a little afraid, because I didn't know so much about this language, but now, I feel so sure and the words flows easily. Really, I think in this moment I know more than in the past, and I hope to know a little else everyday.

I think there's no disadvantages, but there's a lot of advantages, for example, the reasons I said recently. I think it's a great way to learn and practise the language and I hope this method continues for a long time, because it's really useful.

My ideal job

First, I'd like to work close to my patients. I don't like the big distance that there is between therapìst and patient. I wanna hug them if it's necessary.

I think a good job could be working with people who have emotional and cognitive problems, for example, depression. I'd like to work with the patient and his/her social environment. It includes family, friends and workmate. I think when there's a person who needs help, all the environment needs it too.

I think I'd need some skills, such as understanding of their problems, I'd have to interpret what they tell me, and I have to give some answers and what they have to correct to get the peace they need.

I think this is very important, because now we live in a strange world, where people fight without a real cause, families are so seperated, and every person lives in their own world, without strong bonds with their environment.
I think there will not be difficulties, because it's a simple and necessary therapy.

Bye!

My favorite subject

My favorite subject is Psychopatology. We have two professors for this subject. The first one is called Luis Alvarado, he is a psychiatrist, and the second one is called Jose Luis Rossi, he is a psychologist like me. They are so intelligent and nice. Personally, I prefer Rossi, because he is more accurate than Alvarado when he explains the contents.

I like this subject because I've learnt so much about psychologist disorders and patients interview. I like it too because we could meet patients, and listen their problems. Then, we could discuss about it.

Even though, there is something I dislike. I think the distance between patient and psychologist is so big. I think we can be closer, and it won't interfere in the therapy.

Bye!

Creativity

Today, I wanna comment about a video. It talks about creativity and the way it connects with education.
Ken Robinson says that creativity and children's abilities must be stimulated at school, but it doesn't happen, because school system only prepare adults who will be useful for the industrialism. That's why the most important subjects are mathematics and languages, but other subjects, as dance or art, are in the end of the list. Children don't recieve the encouragement that they need, so probably, a child who has a great talent for dance or music won't be an incredible dancer or artist, because the whole system, including school and family, thinks that kind of careers are just a hobby.
I agree with him, because I think we must contribute with intelligence development, and we must promote all the children's abilities, including those abilities that we find out of the school system. Another important theme is the posibility of make a mistake. Children feel that if they make a mistake, they will be considerated as fool children, because teachers have teached them that. They don't know that the best way to learn is learn form their own mistakes.
Really, I hope someday society appreciates an artist or an actor (not hollywood's actor) just like it appreciates a lawyer or an engineer. Also, I hope a girl who needs moving to think, could be considerated as a dancer, and not a sick girl who needs medicine.
Bye!

My future

In the future, I hope to work as psychologist. I think I'll be starting, because I'll graduated in 2012. I'd like to continue studing, but some years later. In 5 years from now I'll be 24 years old, so I must spend my time enjoying my youth. I think I'll have a partner, but I'll be living alone, in a little aparment, close to my family, because we are so united. I think I'll have a car, and some material things, but the most important for me is getting touch again with friends I've lost contact with. I'd like to visit each one of them and go out all the time we can.
I hope to have a comfortable life. I'd like to travel, Argentina and Brazil, in the beginning, and then, I'd like to go to Europe, but my dream is to go to a zafari to Africa. I'd like to be acknoleged from my colleagues, and to be very happy.

Sigmund Freud

Hello everybody!
I'm gonna talk about Sigmund Freud, the precursor of psychoanalisis.
He is the founder of this school, and proposed unconscious as the most important concept to study human mind.
I like because he used his clinical experience to create a new theory that revolutionized the psychology of his era. It was dominated for behaviourism, that used the positivism to validate its theories. Psychoanalisis doesn't use scientist method. All the knowledge come from the verbalization that pacients make about their problems and conflicts.
I don't know if this theory really explain people's psychic conflicts and behavours, but oral therapy has achieved great results. That's why psychoanalisis remains highly considerated in psychology.

My career!

I study psychology, because I think it's a beautiful career. We can help people to resolve their problems, and we can learn form them. Also, we can work in lot of places, just like hospitals, schools, etc.

I like psychology because we can meet different people, everyone has had opposite lives, so the ways we can help them to answer their questions, for example, in clinic therapy, are very differents, so it constitutes a big challenge for us. Also, I like we interact directly with patients. We can see them, so we can intuit about their trouble. In some cases, it's a horizontal relation, or a vertical relation, but the most important is the interaction.

Sometimes, people devaluates to psychologists. They think we are unnecessary, because everything we do is listen to them, just like a best friend. Obviously, that's a part of the process, but our work is much more than that. I think that's what I don't like.

In the future, I hope I achieve becoming a great psychologist, for my patients and for my colleagues. I'd like to contribute to psychology's development too.

A beautiful photograph

This is one of my favourite photographs, because my best friend is with me, and we were on our classtrip, in Bariloche.
I don't remember very well the exact place where this photograph was taken, but I think it was a little square near the hotel. It was our first day there, so we had just begun to visit some places.
We stayed there for four days, so we spent our time in different ways. In the day, we walked around the city. We visited a little mall, a lot of liquor and chocolate stores, because these are typical of Bariloche, handycraft free markets, parks, and even a chocolate factory. We skated on ice too. At night, we went out every night. We went to some discos, pubs, and the last day, we went bowling.
I hope I can repeat this moment, because it was great. We enjoyed every little time together and I think this travel strengthened our friendship
Obviously, this is one of the memories that I will never forget.

My most precious possession

My most precious possession is Pelusa. Pelusa is a teddy bear that my father gave me when I was born.
"She" is pink, and so beautiful. She has been with me since I was born, so she has been present in every important moment of my life.
When I was a little girl, she was always invited to her teddy bear friends's birthday. After, when I needed to cry, she was the one who comforted me, and when I wanted to laugh, she was in my arms to laugh with me.
Three years later, my brother was born, and with him, arrived at house his teddy bear. He is a beautiful panda, and together, we have live through our lives.
A few time ago, she suffered an accident. My mother putted in the washing machine and her noise got lost. Although she lost her noise, she looks absolutely pretty.
Now, I don't spent my time with her, but she waits for me on my bed everyday, and obviously, I love her so much, and I hope she always stays close to me.

My last vacation

I went to El Quisco, in February. I went with my family and some friends for 2 weeks.

There, I enjoyed the sun, the beach, and the company. During day, we went to the beach and we walked around the streets, they were so nice. the houses are so beautiful and handycraft free market was interesting. We bought some typical things, and obviously, earrings and rings and scarves.

Also, we visited other beaches, as Isla Negra and Algarrobo. We went to Pablo Neruda's house. It was incredible! His house is so big and it has a lot of beautiful things that he collected. For example, he had a collection of bottles, or a collection of pretty shells. We visited his grave too.

At night, we went downtown. There, we went to some pubs to have a drink and have fun. We went to the disco too. We danced and met very nice people. It was great!

The most beautiful memory was my cousin's birthday. We are so close, so I spent my time organizing everything. I was very happy for her. She turned 18 years old, so she was so excited. We prepared a surprise party and invited some friends who were in Santiago. It was great. She was so happy, and we had a incredible night.

The weather was nice. In the morning, it was a little cold, but in the afternoon, it was warm, so we enjoyed the sun and the sea.

Just like I said, I will never forget my cousin' s birthday, and I think neither will she. It was cool!

My best friend!

My best friend is a pretty girl called Daniela, but I call her Polillita.

I met her in 2002 when we arrived to our school, Liceo Nº1 "Javiera Carrera". We were classmate, so we started our friendship inmediately.

There are a lot of beautiful memories that I remember, but the greatest was our classtrip. It was incredible. We spent our time visiting nice places, in the day, and in the night...on fire!

She is a wonderfull person. She is so lovely and honest. I like the way she tells me everything tenderly, so I have never been upset with her. She knows me very well, and she can guess when I feel good or bad, even if I don't tell her anything.

I dislike she don't call me frecuently. In the past, we passed a lot time together, but now, we don't, so everything we can do is talk, but she is so busy, and me too, so that is a little difficult.

Our greatest aventure happened in 2007 on my birthday day. We passed 24 hours having fun...you know. That moment will always be in my mind, and I hope we could repeat it forever.

I envy her that she doesn't take life seriously. When she has a problem, she takes calm and thinks that everything is good. She enjoys simple moments just like it was the last one. I really wish to be like her.

If could give her something, I think I would give her all the happiness that exists in the world, and obviously, I give her my soul everyday. I love her so much. She is my sister, my friend, my partner, she is everything I wished in life.

Bye!

My own life

Well, I think everybody knows me...I'm Ingrid, and I study the most wonderfull career in the world...I'm gonna be a psychologist.

I was born on a spring day, nineteen years ago. I am the first daughter, so my parents spent their time loving me. I can say that my first years of life were so happy.

After three years, my brother was born, he is called Nicolás. I don't remember very well the first time with him, but now, he is one of the most important people for me, and I can't imagine my life without him.

My way of living has been nice, but some situations have made me feel that life isn't so beautiful as I thought it was. However, I think I have lived just like I wanted.

Now, I'm studing psychology, and I think this is what I really like, and the profession that I wanna do for the rest of my life. Here, at university, I've learnt a lot of things related to my career, but I've met beautiful people too. Meeting Ivonne (happy birthday!!), Paloma, Jaime, Valentina, Edu and Ceci have been great.

In my free time, I like to be with people who is important for me. I try to pass the time with my friends, because now that everybody has taken different ways, it's a little complicated. We go out and remain our moments together. Also, I used to make myself some time to relax. For this, I like to listening to music, or watch a good movie.

For the rest of my life, I hope to travel to distant countries, like Moroco, and Europe, I think. I hope to become a great psychologist too, and I think I'll achieve it, because I have made big effort for that.

Now, I'm very happy, and I wish my life continues in the same way.

Good bye!
